ARVI TRUST was registered in the year 1995. The trust obtained 12 AA, 80G, FCRA, RPwD and also registered with the National trust registration act. The organization was founded by Mr. Ramachandran, a special educator, who has spent the past 22 years of his life living and working with persons with disabilities. ARVI has established successful partnerships with government organizations, Non-Government Organizations & individuals who work with persons with disabilities in the Central Zone of Tamil Nadu.

To improve the Academic, ADL, Skilltraining for differently abled persons by their involvement and participation in the development process, by promoting their Rights & Rehabilitation.

Early Intervention Center
• 63 children between ages 3 to 9 years getting early Intervention training.
• Providing Physio, Occupational and Speech therapy
• Training on Daily Living Skills (DLS).
• Supporting the transition of children into mainstream school
• Supporting families in the education of their children
Special School for Intellectual Disabled & Autism.
• Providing Special Education services and support to 63 children between ages 6 to 18 years.
• Providing Physio, Occupational and Speech therapy
• Training on Daily Living Skills (DLS).
• Opportunities of Special Children to Join in Sports
• Providing basic skill training and support.
• Valid Certificates, Academic Achievements from NIOS.
Home Based programme
• Special education at the door steps of Special children.
• Physiotherapy training, and communication skills
• Training on Daily Living Skills (DLS) with Local volunteers.
• Mainstreaming the eligible children
• Awareness creation and avail the local sources.
Open School Programme
• Recognised by National Institute of Open School (NIOS) and Board of Open Schooling and Skill Education (BOSSE).
• Special coaching for Learning Disabled (slow learners), dropouts,
• Support who need special help because of their poor performance.
• Flexibility in choosing the subjects and selection of Languages.
• Scribe, Exemption Support who need special help because of their Disability.
4. Milestones of ARVI
• From 2000 to 2011 - Inclusive Education for Special children. More than 7000 special children benefitted.
• Early Intervention Centre for Hearing Impaired center started in 2008 and 130 students mainstreamed in normal schools. 18 students are studying at present.
• Arvi Special School for Intellectual disabled with Hostel started in 2009, its 193 special children trained.
• Saranalayam Special School for Intellectual disabled serving exclusively for remote area students since 2011, till date 167 benefitted.
• Arvi Trust Special School for Intellectual disabled is the only Special school in Theni town since 2012 and 167 are benefited.
• From 2016, Disha early Intervention programme serving for Children under the age of 9 years.
• Special Education on Wheels is our favourite programme, we are providing Special education, Speech, Physio and other services at the doorsteps of Special children since 2017.
• Our school is the authorised Centre for the Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme (CMCHIS) to provide Multimodal therapy for Autism children in Dindigul and Theni from 2018.
• Eklavya Public School is the only School providing certificates to special children through NIOS/BOSSE.
